CNC Machining Services
Reflecting the diverse nature of our customer’s requirements, we are fully capable of machining small and large quantities, from one-offs to medium or large batches, as well as continuously run products. Our CNC services are available for a wide range of materials.
CNC Milling
With a range of CNC milling centres, we can machine a wide variety of solid milled components. Our capabilities including 5-axis machining, through-spindle pressure coolant, small diameter hole drilling and through-holes in tough materials.
CNC Turning
Using multi-axis CNC turning centres, we are capable of machining high precision turned components at small and large quantities. We can work with sizes from 1mm to 300mm diameters and up to 77mm on bar-loaded machines.

Fully Finished Components
We can deliver CNC machined parts assembled, bagged and labelled ready for you to dispatch. In addition to our machining services, we use trusted UK sub-contract engineering suppliers to deliver treatments, plating and more.
CAD/CAM
At G-Mach, we use fully featured CAD/CAM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We are happy to offer machining capabilities advise and have the ability to import your .dwg, .dxf, .iges and many other 2D & 3D file types straight into our CAD/CAM system.
Production Capabilities
We use a large range of CNC machining equipment to ensure high quality production. This enables us to work with anything from one-off prototypes to small/large batches and continuous production loads.
